An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD Nurses to work in an exceptional newly refurbished hospital based in the Birmingham, West Midlands area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

 

This is a newly refurbished unit which will offer a pathway of care within a modern setting, and provide additional support to the mental health of those in the West Midlands region

 

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

 

As a Nurse your duties include:

·         Deliver high quality, service users focussed care

·         Participate in the development of new services and care pathways

·         Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy

·         Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

 

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Relevant clinical experience

·         Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality

·         Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise

·         Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

 

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £37,227 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
