Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure precise construction. Clearing land, grading terrain, and preparing the site for construction activities. Pouring concrete, laying foundations, and erecting structural frameworks to ensure the building's stability and integrity. Additionally, perform other tasks such as framing walls, installing doors and windows, and constructing the basic framework of the building. Manage the procurement and inventory of materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered promptly. Coordinating with the maintenance manager to develop project timelines and scheduling tasks to ensure timely project completion are also key aspects of the role. Inspect workmanship, materials, and finished structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers on-site.
