We are currently looking to recruit a motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered learning disability nurse to work in a mental health hospital in the local area. This is an exciting opportunity to work for the UK’s leading independent provider of mental health services.

The hospital aims to provide aims to maximise the quality of life of each individual and provides a range of opportunities for them to re-integrate into the community. Individualised treatment plans are delivered through our three clearly defined care programmes, underpinned by a recovery model approach. The facility provides specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adult male service users with enduring mental health issues and / or personality disorders, who may have come from secure provision and would benefit from treatment, rehabilitation and recovery in a step-down facility where security is a combination of procedural, relational and physical measures.

This role offers a salary of £25,500 per annum also newly qualified nurses will be paid salary of £27,500 per annum plus other great benefits such as:

·         25 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, and extra leave after 5 and 10 years’ service

·         Pension scheme with employer contribution, Plus many other great benefits.

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following:

·         Knowledge of the mental health Act

·         Patient centric & commitment to delivering high quality care

·         Excellent organisational capability

·         Effective communication skills

·         RMN Qualified

·         Registered with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council)

You must be qualified as a RMN or RNLD (Newly Qualified Nurses will be considered)
