<div><br></div><div>We currently have a great opportunity for a RGN Nurse qualified as Unit Manager to join care home which is based in Leeds. The care home have 60 beds and it is purpose built care home with a great friendly atmosphere. The company have a staff room with facilities to enable their team to prepare their own meals and a dedicated training room for nurses and care assistants to improve their professional skills.</div><div><br></div><div>As a Unit Manager you will manage the Unit and lead a team to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of care, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures; promoting rehabilitation, independence and dignity, positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>The successful candidate will be working full time and will be offered an excellent salary of £15.69 per hour plus other great benefits.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div><br></div><div>	 Ensure the highest possible standards of care - continually assessing residents' needs and wishes, developing services to enhance their quality of life.&nbsp;</div><div>	Champion independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.&nbsp;</div><div>	Build the positive reputation of the Business and unit; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders.
