A new job opportunity has just opened up for a RGN, RMN or RNLD to work
in a brand new care home. As a Nurse you will be working with one of UK's
leading health care providers based in Liverpool.

&nbsp;

The care home has a dedicated team of registered general nurses and
mental health nurses, who are supported by dedicated care assistants and
ancillary staff. The home provide person-centred care to meet each individual's
needs, and offer specialist dementia support, end of life care, general nursing
car as well as respite care.

&nbsp;

As a Nurse your day to day
duties include:

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Ensure all elements of resident experience are
positive, from admission to discharge

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Ensure the highest possible standards of care,
assessing residents' needs and wishes, and developing services to enhance their
quality of life

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Participate knowledgably and professionally to
all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Champion appropriate independence and personal
choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents
physical, social and psychological needs

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Promote a cohesive team approach and a welcoming
atmosphere to ensure staff members feel a connection to our residents and the
home, and they are well supported to deliver high quality care

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Oversee all aspects of medicine management on
your shift – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and
administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Build the positive reputation of the Business;
liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders.

&nbsp;

An ideal Nurse must be a
hardworking, confident individual and should have these skills in order to be
successful:

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
People Management experience 

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Experience of delivering nursing care within
elderly health care sector 

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Experience of participating in quality and
clinical governance programmes

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Able to work under pressure and prioritize
workload

The successful Nurse will
receive a competitive salary of £16.80 per hour. We currently have vacancies
for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and
