We are currently seeking a Home Manager for an excellent Nursing Home for one of the leading care companies in the UK. As an experienced Home manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and treat all staff with the dignity they deserve. We are a welcoming and friendly organisation, and are in need for an exceptional candidate to take on the Role as the Manager.

The prestigious nursing home is located Aberdeen area and specialise in providing Dementia and  palliative care

The salary for this position is £43,000 per annum and this is a great opportunity for registered nurses who are looking for a rewarding role as a registered home manager.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills:

·         Excellent management skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Able to multi task

·         Customer service care

·         Able to carry out managerial tasks efficiently

You must be qualified as a RGN,RMN  or RNLD Nurse and have at least 2 years experience as a home manager.
