An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed Clinical Lead to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service based in Birmingham.
About the service
This beautiful purpose-built care home located in Birmingham provides 24-hour care and support for older people who need nursing care and/or support for mental health illnesses.
As a Clinical Lead, your duties will include:
· Ensure the delivery of quality care
· Continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes
· Developing the service to enhance their quality of life
· Champion independence and personal choice
· Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet the clients changing physical, social and psychological needs
· Building the positive reputation of the home and unit
· Liaise professionally with visitors, including family, friends and other external stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – risks are proactively managed and issues identified, investigated and resolved.
· Take an active role in the development of yourself and others – ensure that the team's skill and knowledge levels are able to meet the changing needs of the business.
About you
In order to be applicable for the Registered Nurse’s role you will need to be a hard working and confident individual.
You must have the following skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:
· Excellent clinical skills
· Experience of managing other nurses and dealing with paper work such as care plans, risk assessments etc.
· Good nursing experience
· Basic nursing skills such as Peg feeding, phlebotomy, catheterisation, etc
The Clinical Lead` Nurse’s position is full time, and the successful nurse will receive an excellent salary of £17.00 per hour plus generous benefits in return of all their hard work and commitment. Benefits include:
