The Chamberlain Highbury Trust (CHT) was established in 2015 to restore Highbury, the magnificent home of Joseph Chamberlain, Birmingham’s most famous civic leader. Highbury, with its grade II* listed mansion and grounds, is located in Moseley, Birmingham and holds an important place in the country’s political and architectural history.

The Chamberlain Highbury Trust seeks tenders from experienced consultants to advise and support the Trustees in the development of a revised scheme for the restoration of the Highbury Estate, the former home of Joseph Chamberlain in Moseley, Birmingham.

CHT therefore seeks tenders from consultants for a two part commission:

Part 1 -To undertake a critical appraisal of the existing proposed scheme and to provide advice on how and where realistic savings could be made, such that the overall cost is affordable and likely to attract NHLF Funding. It is anticipated that this will take no longer than two months.

Part 2 - Subject to the successful outcome of Part 1, to support and advise CHT Trustees in the development of a revised scheme and to be responsible for producing funding bids to NLHF and other potential funders. It is anticipated this will take no longer than a further ten months.
