Outstanding job opening for an experienced RGN Deputy Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading care providers. As a manager you will be working in medium size service which offers care for people with dementia. The prestigious service is located in the Newport- On-Tay area.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £15.53 to £16.00 per hour plus other great benefits.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the delivery of quality care

·         Assist the home manager, deputising in the overall management of the care home as required.

·         Positively influence the reputation of the home

·         Play an active role in ensuring compliance within the home

·         Maintain clinical excellence

·         Support the financial effectiveness of the home

·         Take on an active leadership role

·         Support the manager in disciplinary proceeding as required.

To be considered for this role you must be Registered Nurse and have experience in a senior role.
