Fantastic job opening for RMN Ward manager to work with one of the UK leading mental health providers. As ward manager you will be working with in Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU around 10 beds) which will be opening soon.

Set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Hospital offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment for around 30 service users, including separate facilities for up to 20 young people.

Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addiction, the hospital have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

Their highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff, which include consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and therapists, deliver personalised treatment programmes and a range of therapies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users. Reporting to and working with the Clinical Services Manager, you will assist with the development of our services ensuring wards are run effectively, and the delivery of our exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with the company.
