Shop Manager
Oversee & coordinate the operations of the takeaway service, ensuring efficient and
smooth service during business hours. Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring
exceptional takeaway experiences. Efficiently manage order processing, pickup, and
delivery schedules to optimize service speed and customer satisfaction. Train and
develop takeaway staff, including delivery drivers, in service standards, menu
knowledge, and customer interactions. Monitor and manage inventory of takeaway
supplies, such as packaging materials, utensils, and condiments, and coordinating
restocking as needed. Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure
the accurate and timely preparation of orders. Conduct performance evaluations for
staff and providing constructive feedback for improvement. Coordinate and oversee
special promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer loyalty programs to drive
business growth.
