Service Manager
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Service Manager to work in an exceptional hospital service based in the Bradford, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs
**You must be qualified as a Registered Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin**
As the Service Manager your key responsibilities include:
· Ensuring delivery of effective quality care to the people we support, helping residents to grow in self-worth and where possible independently, enhancing overall quality of life
· Manage and maximise occupancy, by building a positive local reputation and through creative marketing strategies
· Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, meeting and exceeding care standards, taking accountability for the home striving for excellence, high ratings, and quality recognition within the local community
· Positive management of staff including HR/supervisions/appraisal/staff training/ acknowledging and utilising staff potential (with the support of central service teams)
· Maintaining financial efficiency and budgets for the home
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· A highly motivated and experienced leader
· Drive and passion to deliver excellent care and support
· Have significant knowledge of the Northern Ireland regulatory framework we work within
· Putting your own positive stamp on the home and the business
· Have experience within a similar role
The successful Service Manager will receive an amazing salary of £65,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
