Excellent job opening for RMN Ward Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading mental health provider.  The hospital range of services include treatment for people suffering from mild to moderate mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and addictions, alongside longer term care for degenerative disorders such as early on-set dementia or other types of brain injury

As a Ward Manager you will be managing dementia ward with 12 patients with acute Emi and dementia needs.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £35,000-£36,000 per annum plus other great benefits such as 50% NMC contribution, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Enhanced disclosure cost coverage

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possess the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to our service users. Reporting to and working with the Clinical Services Manager, you will assist with the development of our services ensuring wards are run effectively, and the delivery of our exceptional standards of performance that have become synonymous with hospital.
