Team Leader
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising a team involved in warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations. This includes providing clear direction, effectively delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance against established objectives. Regular team meetings will be conducted to address operational updates, challenges, and overall progress.
In ensuring operational efficiency, the Team Leader will oversee the loading, unloading, and proper storage of food, beverages, and tobacco products. They will ensure timely and accurate order processing, packaging, and dispatch to meet customer deadlines while collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline processes and minimize inefficiencies.
Quality assurance is a key responsibility, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations for handling food, beverages, and tobacco products. The Team Leader will monitor and enforce adherence to safety and hygiene protocols across all operations.
The role also involves inventory coordination by supporting the Inventory Manager in stock control activities to maintain accurate inventory levels. Discrepancies will be addressed promptly, and stock replenishment will be coordinated as needed.
Finally, the Team Leader will identify training needs and organize skill development sessions for team members. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, contributing to a well-prepared and efficient team
