Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Construction & Building Services Recruitment are currently seeking a Fresh and Dynamic individual that is seeking the opportunity to join a new but already successful specialist recruitment agency to work from the Cambridge office to develop an exciting and fast moving career in Recruitment.

CBS are a specialist consultancy that provides service in the Construction and Maintenance sectors and are recognised for the level of service they provide.

The job role:

·         Cold calling candidates and clients to win new business.

·         Advertising jobs online.

·         Searching internal and external databases to attract new candidates.

·         Screening CV’s and interviewing candidates.

·         Maintain and develop successful client relationships.

As a Trainee Consultant you will be trained from day one on Recruiting and Sales skills. You will be given a clear Career progression map with set out promotional targets which are achievable and will give you the platform to earn some very good money and develop to a Senior / Management role within the business.

There will be continuous training and personal development throughout your career.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6.00pm (core hours are set but you will need to be flexible as additional hours may be required) (there may be need for occasional Saturdays but this will be with prior arrangement and not a regular requirement)

Basic salary is £16,800 with uncapped commission (OTE year one £25,000 to £30,000)

Additional incentive bonuses will be offered throughout the year.

20 Days holiday with 1 additional day for every year worked to a maximum of 25 days.

Bank Holidays on top but you may have to be contactable for clients via works mobile phone.
