Senior Care Assistant
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to work with one of the UK's leading health care providers based in South Cambridgeshire.
This care home puts emphasis on creating a family atmosphere whilst providing the best care. The care home is registered to provide personal care for people with dementia under and over 65 years. It offers personalised residential services to 25 residents from the surrounding counties, including those with dementia in a beautiful state of the art setting.
As a Senior Care Assistant your day to day duties include:
· Being a key worker/Manager to the Care staff on shift
· Leading by example to your Care team and supporting their supervision/appraisal and career development.
· Liaising with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcome for each resident
· Maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements.
An ideal senior care assistant must have the following skills as they are beneficial to this position:

- Respect for the client and their families

- A good knowledge of basic health care and hygiene standards

The successful Senior Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £10.00 per hour. This exciting position is for 12 hours on days only. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
