Clinical Psychologist
An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join an exceptional facility based in Cardiff. As a Clinical Psychologist you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This special facility is a low secure mental illness and personality disorder service for males and females who require a medium-term placement and recovery-orientated specialist treatment in order to progress on their care pathway towards rehabilitation care
As a Clinical Psychologist your day to day duties include:
· To contribute to the provision of a comprehensive and specialist psychology service to the patients.
· To provide specialist psychological assessment, and offer advice and consultation on clients psychological care to non-psychology colleagues and carers
· To provide specialist psychological interventions through initiating and implementing treatment programmes in collaboration with other team members.
· To liaise with referrers, external agencies and organisations as appropriate.
· To produce and disseminate reports and clinical summaries of an excellent standard.
· To participate (under the direction of the Regional Psychologist) in contributing to regional audits as well as the research programme for the sites.
The successful Clinical Psychologist will receive an excellent annual salary of £45,000. This exciting position has a Full Time role of 37.5 hours a week and a Part Time role of 22.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Clinical Psychologist with a registration with HCPC
