An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Mid Glamorgan, Wales area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

 

This care home is a purpose-built care home designed for older people with mental health needs requiring nursing care. The home is also designed to support those with mental health needs over the age of 40 years

 

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN with a valid NMC Pin**

 

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care

·         You will be the homes nurse expert and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills

·         You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it’s vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures

·         Care plan development and assessments

·         Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £19.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £40,560 per annum.
