Brilliant job opening for RMN OR RNLD Nurse to work with one of the UK’s leading care company. As a staff nurse you will be working with with mental health service which provides low secure mental illness and personality disorder service for men and women who require a medium-term placement and recovery-orientated specialist treatment in order to progress on their care pathway towards rehabilitation care.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £28,071 - £33,411per annum plus other great benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (at commencement of employment), A Group Personal Pension Plan (GPPP)   Childcare vouchers and many others

Staff Nurse role involves:

·         Contributing to the comprehensive assessment of a patient.

·         Compiling a holistic plan of care in partnership with the individual.

·         Compiling a positive risk management plan.

·         Monitoring and reviewing individualised patient plans, within an evidence based framework.

·         contributing to pre-admission assessment of referred patient

·         Contributing to the development of Health Care Working

·         Prioritising, organising, and deploying under direction, resources to meet the requirements of the ward for the duration of a shift.

Skills/Knowledge

·         Completion of pre-registration/Preceptorship

·         Drive to take responsibility for personal learning and development.

·         Experience of working in a similar environment and role

·         A focus on patient centred care

·         Demonstrable experience of being a team player

·         Ability to be self-motivated and flexible

You must be Registered With the NMC and qualified as RMN OR RNLD Nurse
