Ambulatory Unit - Team Leader
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Ambulatory Unit - Team Leader to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Mile End, Colchester area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin or an ODP with HCPC registration**
As a Team Lead your key responsibilities include:
· Responsible for working closely to support the Theatre Services Manager and team to ensure that safe, effective and high quality clinical care is delivered to all patients
· Responsible for working collaboratively in developing, leading and facilitating a seamless patient pathway through the service
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Extensive experience in Ambulatory, Surgical Admission or Day Surgery
· Awareness of standards of care, NatSSIP and other areas of CQC requirements
· Sound computer skills using MS Office Suite and Web based reporting systems
· Demonstrated communication skills of a high level including written and verbal communication, ability to listen and summarise
The successful Team Lead will receive an excellent salary of £37,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
