Hospital Director
An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Hospital Director to work in an exceptional brain injury rehabilitation service based in the Ardleigh, Colchester area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This service specialises in the assessment, care and treatment of adult residents (18+ years) with an acquired brain injury
**You must have extensive managerial & leadership experience with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare**
As the Hospital Director your key responsibilities include:
· You will be responsible for the operational management and lead the overall function of the Hospital, including full P&L accountability
· Take responsibility for effectively implementing hospital policies and procedures to enable the provision of a high-quality service, both in respect of patient care and employee engagement
· Leading the Senior Management team on site on all aspects of day to day business
· Leading and developing a culture where the very highest standards of safety, quality and excellent patient care are consistently delivered
· Developing and maintaining strategic external relationships
· Driving recruitment and retention plans on site
· Reviewing any audit or inspections reports ensuring compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Extensive managerial & leadership experience with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare
· Passionate about providing high quality care
· Extensive experience working at a senior level; preferably within a similar setting
· Can work well under pressure
· Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task
The successful Hospital Director will receive an amazing salary up to £58,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
