A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Coundon, Coventry area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers
This purpose-built care home designed specifically to meet the needs of older people requiring nursing or specialist dementia care
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin**
As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
· Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of The regulatory quality improvement authorities care standards and other statutory regulators
· You will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards
· Ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently and comfortably as possible
· Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
· Demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £20.00 per hour and the annual salary is £41,600 per annum.
