We are experiencing a period of continued and sustained rapid growth and as a result we have an immediate need for nurses and care assistants in Shrewsbury. We offer advanced-notice block-bookings, given to us up to two-weeks in advance, or more traditional agency cover work for sickness or other absence. Most of the people we care for are living or convalescing in a nursing or care home.

We are recruiting carers with paid care experience, but due to the unique way we deliver our in-house training, we are also looking for people with a strong interest in a career in care, who are kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic, and who have a genuine desire to help and care for people, who are unable to look after themselves without support.
