This is a great opportunity for an exceptional Deputy Manager experienced in working with adults with complex needs. You will be required to support the manager to lead a team to shape and develop the service strategy and to inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality person-centred support in order to achieve excellent outcomes.

The service is a residential rehabilitation service for people who have experienced acquired brain injury.

A dedicated multi-disciplinary team of nursing, rehabilitative support and therapy staff develop and deliver programs tailored for each individual. Positive goals are developed in conjunction with their families to best reflect individuals' aspirations. Individuals are supported to take part in activities they enjoy, including sensory experiences, and families are encouraged to be involved through regular review meetings.

 The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £21,000 - £22,000 per annum plus other great benefits.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a supervisory role with experience and knowledge within social care and supporting people within a specialist service setting. You must be able to take responsibility of the service in the manager’s absence requiring an excellent working knowledge of CCQ standards and associated regulations

You must be Registered Nurse and have experience in senior role or high interest in a step up role.
