Registered Nurse for Nursing Home

A great opportunity for a Registered Nurse has arisen to join a highly established Nursing Home located in Croydon, London. We are looking for a nurse with a proven track record of continuous professional development to join a friendly care staff team.

The purpose-built home specialises in providing personalised nursing care to elderly people for long and short term stays within a homely environment.

This is a full time role and the salary for this role is an excellent £15.75  per hour with great additional benefits.

As a Staff Nurse your duties will be:

·         Providing high quality clinical/management leadership to the care staff

·         Delivering high standards of care to residents in a professional caring manner

·         Taking charge in the absence of senior staff

·         Providing leadership and supervision and staff development/training of the team of healthcare assistants where required

·         Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care for each individual that meets their needs

·         Identify and create effective care plans for every resident in your care

·         Undertake medication administration in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a proven track record of continuous professional development
