Deputy Theatre Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Theatre Manager to work in an exceptional medical facility based in the Exeter, Devon area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
This is a state-of-the-art treatment centre in the South West for cosmetic consultations, treatments and laser services
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with an active NMC Pin or an ODP with a HCPC registration**
As the Deputy Theatre Manager your key responsibilities include:
· Provide leadership and management for all of the theatre staff
· Develop strong relationships with existing heads of departments to aid efficiency
· Assist the theatre manager in leading the unit in complying with all statutory and company quality standards and policies
· Assist with clinically based projects in the development of the hospital services and specialities
· Act as deputy theatre manager, and as a result will be responsible for managing the team in the absence of the theatre manager
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· A strong clinical background in an acute hospital setting
· Excellent communication and influencing skills
· Some evidence of leading and developing a successful, efficient team and being part of that team
· Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence of ongoing professional development
The successful Deputy Theatre Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £36,750 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
