Location: Faversham, Kent (office/field based, covering predominantly Kent & London)
Salary: Up to £25,000 DOE plus Overtime, Benefits

Preference is for candidates with experience either working for a Service Provider or within a Corporate environment.
As a market-leading IT solutions company supporting organisations of all sizes across a variety of industry sectors our client is now looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an IT solutions professional with MS Server, Desktop, Active Directory and Networking skills to join a fantastic company promoting unique solutions and a hands-on approach.
As a Service Delivery Engineer you will work within a shift pattern providing a mixture of 1st/2nd line service desk/remote support, field support and the installation of IT projects and managed services to the growing customer base primarily across Kent and London.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will work closely with other Engineers in the Infrastructure and Service Delivery Teams. Primarily based at Head Office in Kent, this role will also incorporate on-site work at customers' premises.

Previous experience working in a service desk role within a service provider or corporate environment
Must be able to demonstrate proven abilities in the support and installation of a variety of IT solutions. It is also essential to have extensive working knowledge and practical experience of the following:
o Microsoft Desktop & Office systems
o Microsoft Server and Virtualisation Technologies
o Active Directory Security and Administration, GPO
o Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
o Routers, switches, firewalls, wireless.
o Support of hardware - printers, desktops and servers
o Mobile devices/phones.
o Email, Antivirus & Backup software
must also possess a driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Hours: Shift pattern covering 37.5 hours per week within the hours 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday with additional On-call team rota
