Your role:
· Acting as a point of contact for new and existing customers you will be handling inbound customer enquiries, creating new or amending existing business policies, payments and schedules
· You will be providing a professional service and promoting our client’s brand in a positive manner
· Adhering to strict FCA guidelines
· Problem-solving and dealing with difficult calls and customers
What skills you will need:
- Exceptional customer service experience with a warm and personable manner
- Attention to detail
- Have previous experience of tailoring products to meet customer requirements
- Ability to learn bespoke systems and be proficient in all Microsoft office products
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Salary: Basic £18,500 with earning potential of up to £23,500 inclusive of bonus
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Working hours: 37.5 hours a week – Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm (Working one Saturday in every 3)
Our client really values the work life balance of their employees, so all rota’s will be given 3 weeks in advance to enable you to plan your time.
