One of our client has care home based in the beautiful Campsie Hills and village of Blanefield. Offering newly renovated ensuite bedrooms and continuous improvements to the home and staff team. The servce can care for up to 40 service users and are looking for a dedicated, experienced candidate to fulfil the role of CLN/ Deputy Manager.

We are currently recruiting for a friendly outgoing RGN/RMN/RNMH qualified nurse. You must have at least 2 years nursing experience preferably in a care home environment. You will be required to have sufficient up to date knowledge to be lead on all clinical matters and will act as deputy to the manager. You would be expected to participate with our on-call Rota and be able to work shifts including weekends.

Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will be professional and approachable, and have excellent leadership and communication skills. We are looking for a nurse with an up to date NMC registration. You will be compassionate with a genuinely warm and friendly manner, who can multi-task where necessary and remain enthusiastic & empathetic in their approach. You must be able to pay attention to details and be capable of working under your own initiative.
