Our client is seeking for nurse qualified as Ward Manager. As a ward manager you will be working in small independent hospital which is for patients between the age of 16-65. The hospital delivers high quality care and treatment for men and women in gender specific wards wit. The hospital is superbly designed to maximise communal living space for patients as well as providing activity rooms for the facilitation of therapeutic programmes.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £37,000 per annum plus other great benefits.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills along with a strong drive to develop the dedicated nursing team within the therapeutic milieu. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work within a talented multidisciplinary team and be responsible for ensuring that the nursing team possesses the skills, knowledge and motivation to offer and deliver the highest quality of care to service users with complex mental health whilst supporting their families.

The successful candidate must possess excellent clinical, auditing and communication skills together with vision and enthusiasm to develop the hospital's service model. The successful candidate should be RMN qualified and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related management role. You need to be able to demonstrate the quality and management of service delivery, patient care and the clinical environment with 24 hours responsibility for staffing. The successful applicant will be a forward-thinking manager, who will lead staff by example.

You must be qualified as a RGN Nurse and Registered with the NMC.
