An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN, RNLD to join an exceptional care home based in the Glasgow area. As a RMN,RNLD you will be working with one of UK's leading health care providers.

At the care home the well-qualified staff team offer 24 hour support for residents to enable them to work towards rehabilitation and recovery. Multidisciplinary services including psychiatrists, psychologists and primary care services are accessed within the local area as required. 

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

• Compiling a plan of care alongside the individual
• Contributing to patient assessments
• Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Monitoring patient progress
