Our client is recognised for innovative technology solutions, providing the network infrastructure and associated applications that optimise existing networks, as well as delivering digital transformation programs that provide a seamless transition from legacy to new technology.
They are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join the existing Engineering Team

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting on projects from start to finish, ensuring everyone is aware of project goals, timeline & milestones.
Maintaining & monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets & expenditure.
Help save the company time & money by making projects more efficient.
Developing project strategies.
Assess project risks & issues and assist in providing solutions where applicable.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Assist the Technical Project Manager in development of projected budgets, schedules, scope statements & project plans.
Carry out project management administrative duties.
Assign tasks to team members/field engineers and help them understand what’s expected from them.
Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings.
Consistently monitoring progress & quality of a project.
Communicating with clients to continuously define project objectives and planning of visits.
Negotiating with contractors & suppliers.
Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule.
Data Analysis.
Identify & address challenges & bottlenecks.

Experience/Expectation:
Knowledge of file management, transcription, & other administrative procedures.
Able to demonstrate an understanding of different types of project management concepts with previous proven hands-on experience in implementing these concepts.

Desirable:
At least 5 years’ experience in related Business & Project Co-ordination duties
Professional qualification such as The Associate for Project Management, Chartered Management Institute or the Project Management Institute.
Working knowledge of Project Manager software
2-3 A levels although a degree in Business or project management is desirable.
Sage 50/200 experience.
