An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Occupational Therapist to work in an exceptional school setting. As an Occupational Therapist you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This school is a specialist residential and day school/ Sixth Form college, for children and young people with Autistic and related needs. The staff are committed to providing the highest level of education and care in a safe, positive environment that enables each individual to achieve his or her maximum potential.
As an Occupational Therapist your key responsibilities include:
· Be expected to facilitate group work as well as working with individual students
· Liaising with curriculum staff and other professionals to support integrated programmes for all learners
· Working holistically to plan and deliver therapy programmes for young people
An ideal Occupational Therapist must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Experienced, enthusiastic and strongly motivated Occupational Therapist
· Knowledge within a specialist education setting
· Able to show a can-do attitude always
· Well-Organised
The successful Occupational Therapist will receive an excellent annual salary of £25,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week from 08.15 - 17.15 with a half an hour lunch.
