HR Recruitment Consultant
The HR Recruiter Consultant will report to the Director of HR. He/ She supports the Human Resources department by coordinating and leading full life-cycle recruiting activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing quality candidates for employment opportunities at Hoxton Data in their own native language or English. Job Responsibilities:
• Advertise Open Positions in your native language on job boards/classifieds
• Review resumes to find suitable candidates who meet job description criteria
• Complete initial applicant screening to obtain applicant information and history
• Refer qualified candidates to the appropriate Hiring Manager for review
• Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to applicants
• Interview applicants and send offer letters
• Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
• English Language is a must (our company language)
• Mobile phone with new number required (company stipend)
• 1-2 years of similar work experience in HR or Customer Service
• Prior recruiting experience is a plus; experience recruiting for professional, technical, or administrative positions is a bonus but not required
• Experience in an office setting handling sensitive and confidential information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment meeting tight deadlines, strong analysis skills and the ability to multi-task, detail oriented and well organized
