Senior Staff Nurse Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join an exceptional Healthcare Service located in Surrey.

The Service has top of the line theatres, consulting rooms and private en-suite rooms. They specialise in diagnostic services such as MRI Scanning and X-Ray.

The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum with great additional benefits such as group personal pension, retail and entertainment discounts and many more.

You will be expected to provide exemplary care for patients while managing a team and ensuring the effective care is delivered with clinical and managerial leadership. You will provide the ward with additional experience and expertise, and the role will include mentoring and overlooking junior staff.

As a Senior Nurse your responsibilities will be to:

·         Develop practice in the assessment of health and well being needs.

·         Develop practice in addressing individual’s health and well being needs

·         Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.

·         Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security.

To be considered for this role you must be a Registered Nurse with 2 years experience in working within a surgical ward.
