Deputy Home Manager

A position has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager to join a mental health recovery facility with nursing support based in Hereford .

The service provides a comfortable and warm environment for its 10 residents. It is situated in a pleasant and scenic position that provides support and structured rehabilitation for adults over the age of 18 with mental health illnesses.

This is a full time role and the successful nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,000 per annum with additional numerous benefits.

As a Deputy Home Manager you will be required to manage the staff and their rotas; order medication for the residents; attend meetings and be the point of contact for emergencies.

·         Be forward thinking and up to date with current practices and have a desire to maintain excellent clinical and industry knowledge

·         Strong leadership and management qualities are essential and previous experience as a deputy home manager would be desirable

To be considered for this role you should have nursing experience(RMN) with people with mental health at a senior level for at least 2 years.
