An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.  As a Clinical Lead you will be working for a highly reputed based in Hereford area.

This special care home offers 24/7 dementia, nursing and palliative care to older people. They have a friendly and experienced staff team including a dedicated activities co-ordinator who develops individual activity schedules tailored to the personal lives and interests of the people in care.

An ideal Clinical Lead must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:

·         RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered

·         Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential

·         Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

·         Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people

·         Excellent organisation & leadership skills

·         Effective communication skills

·         Flexible, professional and committed to being the best

·         Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services

The successful nurse will be offered an excellent salary of  £18.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £25,974. This exciting position is for 27 hours a week. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
