A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This hospital is rehabilitation and recovery service, which offers a safe and supportive complex care facility for male and female patients with enduring mental health problems

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Clinical Nurse Specialist your key responsibilities include:

·         Work collaboratively with our service users to provide the best quality care

·         Improve the quality of their lives and help them achieve the highest level of independence and dignity

·         Work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for patients, who may have a personality disorder and/or mental illness

·         Encourage patients to have a real voice in how services develop and in their individualised care pathways

·         Enable patients to build on their existing strengths and feel positive about their lives

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Knowledge of the Mental Health Act

·         Patient centric & commitment to delivering high quality care

·         Fine tuned decision making skills

·         Excellent organisational capability

·         Effective communication skills

·         Flexibility and a strong “can do” attitude

The successful Clinical Nurse Specialist will receive an excellent salary of £28,532 per annum (FTE £40,376). This exciting position is a Part Time role for 26.5 hours a week working through Days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
