An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated RMN or RNLD to work in an exceptional hospital service based in the Royston, Hertfordshire. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

 

This hospital offers purpose-built services with medium secure, low secure, and both locked and open rehabilitation opportunities. They offer a range of specialist recovery pathways, all at one site

 

** To be considered for this position you must be a qualified Nurse either RNLD or RMN with a valid NMC Pin**

 

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder

·         Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement

·         Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice

·         Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress

·         Excellent team working skills

·         A high level of self-motivation

·         A flexible approach

·         A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice

·         The drive to continually push your own personal learning and development

·         A relevant nursing qualification and registration

·         Able to show a can-do attitude always

 

The successful Nurse for this position will be offered an excellent salary from £30,182 up to £37,189.69 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
