Senior Radiographer/Mammographer
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Radiographer/Mammographer to work in an amazing private hospital based in the Hertfordshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This hospital is one of the leading private hospitals and is equipped with the latest medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment, and has very high quality clinical standards including effective infection prevention measures
As the Senior Radiographer/Mammographer your key responsibilities include:
· Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a very varied caseload – within the department, on the ward and in theatre
· Working with leading practitioners and experiencing new practices, equipment and facilities
· Supervising and developing more junior staff members
· Providing a service of the highest quality, delivered with sensitivity and compassion
· Assist the department with the digital in and out flow of images and administrative duties
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Mammography Post Graduate Certificate
· Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
· Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services
· Excellent communication and team working abilities
· A caring nature – to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathy
The successful Senior Radiographer/Mammographer will receive an excellent competitive salary. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 30 or 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
