An amazing job opportunity has just been opened for a motivated RGN, RMN or RNLD to join one of the UK’s leading health care companies by working in a reputable nursing home in the Tyne and Wear area.

The special Care team offers both residential dementia care and nursing dementia care for residents who require it. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break, and specialist care for residents who suffer with mental health conditions, where we help to re-establish their mental wellbeing, sustain independence and prepare for a move into supported living or their own home.

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:

·         The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements

·         Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships

·         Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role

·         To prescribe, deliver and supervise the execution of excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures

·         To lead a care team promoting rehabilitation and independence, together with dignity and respect, such that the lives of our residents is as they would wish it, and choose it, to be.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of up to £13.66 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £31,254.08.
