An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Horsham, West Sussex area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

 

This care home offers nursing, dementia; supported living, rehabilitation, day care, respite and specialist care for more complex needs such as mental health, Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities

 

**You must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin and have previous experience of managing a large service 50+ beds**

 

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care

·         To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users

·         To manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy

·         To provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users

·         To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines

 

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Caring and Compassionate

·         Experience of Managing a service of a similar size and client group

·         Lead and Develop your team to delivery high quality care

 

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week working through Days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
