An amazing job opportunity has just opened for a motivated for an RGN Clinical Lead to work with a for one of the UK's leading health care companies that is based in Horsham.

The medium sized home provides residential care for older people with physical frailty and for people that are suffering from dementia.  There is a dedicated care team that provides the very highest standard of care to their residents.

An ideal Clinical Lead Nurse must have these skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:

·         You will need to have demonstrable experience supporting staff and elderly service users, preferably those with dementia.

·         As well as being clinically responsible for certain operational areas

·         You will also take a significant role in the management of the staff team

·         Issues concerning sickness management,

·         Staff training and development,

·         Coaching and mentoring.

·         You will have an effective way of communicating with your team

·         Above all, act as a champion for the residents and staff

 

The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £23 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £45,000.This exciting position is for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
