Sales Receptionist
We’ve got an incredibly exciting, new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our regional office in Keswick. A role which would see you delivering professional, efficient and quality sales and support service to all our property owners. Working alongside the local Business Development Managers and other regional offices you will implement any potential new customer activity locally to deliver the regional targets.

The vacation rental market has been growing strongly over the last few years, with people desiring the space, flexibility and uniqueness provided. The global pandemic has only served to strengthen that trend. Summer 2020 saw unprecedented demand, and we’re not slowing down.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Office Manager, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for delivering quality sales and support service to all existing and new rental property owners and agencies, in line with the company procedures and relevant quality, contractual and legislative requirements. You will contribute to the delivery of property recruitment, property management service, property retention and sales plans through the retail strategy.
This is a genuinely exciting role for an sales-focused team member who ideally has experience in the holiday rental market.
What you’ll be doing
We know it sounds a cliché, but this is a role where no two days are the same. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
· Assist with the sales of the ‘Property Management Service’ function to new and existing owners
Ensure owner queries are resolved efficiently and effectively in excess of expectations
Assist in all ‘Property Management Service’ duties which include dealing with property owners, caretakers, tradesmen & ‘out of hours’ cover/calls on a rota basis
Provide an efficient sales service to existing and new customers. Ensure customer satisfaction is met when dealing with complaints, resolution & after sales
Ensure that the brands are promoted and portrayed professionally within the local community
Assist with the administration of the Property Management Service function within the office as required
Provide support at local promotional events such as County Shows, Owner functions & PR activities
Provide support when and where required to the local RM team
Provide support as and where required to other Regional offices & Head office
Key skills we need
- Keen attention to detail with a preference for exceeding quality expectations
- Some previous experience in a similar role
- IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional and credible demeanour
- Strong sales focus
- Face-to-face conflict resolution skills

Working hours and place
This role is a full time 37.5hrs/week position and you will be working in our local office in Keswick. You have to be available to work on weekends for this role as our changeover days are on the weekends.
