Senior Physiotherapist

**To be considered for this position you must have Physiotherapy Degree (Bsc/Msc) and HCPC Registered**
As the Senior Physiotherapist your key responsibilities include:
· To work and develop within a highly specialised, supportive interdisciplinary team of therapists, assistants, nurses, healthcare assistants, Psychologist, Neuro-specialist consultant & doctor
· To be involved with patients across different environments such as children’s residential, to an adult neuro-rehabilitation unit & a specialist continuing care setting
· To further develop invaluable and highly specialist Neuro-Rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills for a wide variety of highly complex neurological presentations both for adults and children
· To expand of knowledge of specialist equipment and posture & positioning management methods, including specialist seating and wheelchairs, specialist sleep systems
· Have access to great CPD opportunities both internally and externally (including PDOC assessments), alongside regular supervisions and support
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
· Full member of CSP
· Minimum of 2-3 years post graduate experience, to include some neurological settings
· Experience of subjective and objective neurological assessments and delivering of clinically reasoned treatments for patients with complex physical, cognitive & communication deficits
· Experience of outcome measures and evaluation of treatments
· Evidence of working collaboratively with a wider clinical team
· Evidence of good time management of own caseload and that of others (where necessary), including: organisation, prioritisation, delegation skills
The successful Senior Physiotherapist will receive an excellent salary up to £36,000 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5hrs a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
