Ideal Recruit are currently recruiting for a Line Leader in Leyland to join our clients fast-paced production facility.
The ideal candidate will have experience running a production line and managing a small team and have great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and handling of materials
• Safely maintain and operate appropriate production equipment
• Preparation of goods for packing and dispatch
• Attention to deal and accuracy of production and communication
• Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets
• Ensuring the final product meets client specifications
• Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
• Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations
