One of our client is  an award winning, top 15 UK Care Home provider is recruiting for an Unit Manager-Clinical to work     in their Residential and Nursing Home- .

The service  is a 150 bedded home in Liverpool which provides Palliative care, Parkinson's nursing, Dementia nursing and convalescence.

 You must have at strong experience in Dementia.  You must also have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver care, without direct supervision
• Competent in Medication Management
• Ability to follow the Nursing process-Assessment/Diagnosis/Planning/Implementation/Evaluation
• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times
