A fantastic opportunity for a talented Affiliates and Partnership Manager to work within the digital marketing division of a fast growing consumer services brand at their Central London HQ.

As the Affiliates and Partnership Manager will have full autonomy over the channel on an international scale and be responsible for managing affiliates hands on, as well as leading a team of Digital Marketing Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching, identifying, negotiating and recruiting new affiliates in order to build and scale the channel
  • Relationship building with existing affiliates and coming up constantly with creative ways to increase their volume and maximise output
  • Strategising and creating global and local marketing campaigns leveraging the network of affiliates
  • Partnering with affiliate platforms and managing the relationships internationally
  • Work with third parties to organise events and build relationships with local community online influencers, from bloggers and content sites to bigger media and strategic partnerships
  • Creating weekly and monthly channel reports

Key Skills Required;

  • A proven track record in building the affiliate channel for a fast-growing business with excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills.
  • Very personable and good at building constructive relationships with colleagues, partners, media owners and agencies.
  • Extremely numbers driven, strong analytical skill, able to extract insights from data; able to prioritise tasks and estimate their impact on key metrics.
  • Strong commercial acumen; knowing what to offer for each partner and how to make a partnership financially successful for both ends
  • Proactive with can-do attitude, generally full of great ideas and able to get stuff done without close supervision
