An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Lead Theatre Practitioner - Endoscopy to work in an outstanding private hospital based in the Marylebone, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world-class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well-being

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Lead Theatre Practitioner your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the endoscopy theatre team

• Plan and coordinate daily schedules and resources

• Ensure the availability and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and supplies

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards

• Provide direct patient care during procedures

• Uphold quality assurance and control processes

• Oversee staff training and development

• Manage equipment and inventory

• Maintain accurate patient records and reporting

• Collaborate effectively with other hospital departments

• Be prepared to respond to emergency situations

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Minimum of 5 years of endoscopy experience

• At least 2 years in a leadership role in the UK

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of endoscopy equipment, techniques, and infection control

• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

The successful Lead Theatre Practitioner will receive an excellent salary of £54,000 - £55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week working early and late shifts.
