An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD to work one of the UK’s mental health hospitals. As a Nurse you will be working in a highly reputed hospital within London.
The Hospital is a private hospital specialising in the treatment of mental health problems. The hospital has a highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff, which include consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and therapists
As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
· You will want to work in a therapeutic environment that supports the patients move towards a safe, more independent future and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
· You will work with a large multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, other registered mental health nurses, healthcare assistants, teaching staff, therapists (including DBT and CBT therapists, a clinical psychologist, a child psychotherapist and an occupational therapist).
· You will be involved in the assessment, planning and implementation of patient care.
· You will also be expected to attend daily multidisciplinary handover meetings, ward rounds and CPA meetings.
An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
· Knowledge of the mental health Act
· Patient centric & commitment to delivering high quality care
· Excellent organizational capability
· Effective communication skills
· RMN Qualified
· Registered with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council)
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £33,000. This exciting position is full time for 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
